Brass Offset Set 0-6

The DMM Brass Offsets Set 0-6 is a set of climbing micro nuts designed for traditional climbing and technical mountaineering, developed to give you a complete range of protection in very narrow and flared cracks. The set comprises seven different pieces, each identified by its own colour, with an asymmetric taper designed to ensure an optimal geometric fit against the walls of the most irregular cracks. The heads are made from brass that can bite into placements while resisting deformation and pulling through, while the steel wires are soldered directly into the nut head to optimise the mechanical strength of each piece. Every piece of protection has a colour-coded swage that lets the nut self-equalise under load and, being passive wedging components, they can be used in wet or icy cracks, where reduced friction can affect active protection. With a total weight of 85 grams and EN12270:2013 certification, this complete set is recommended for tackling the most demanding routes with a range of sizes to hand.
